Capital Development Services’ Executive Search Services division has again made its mark in the N.C. Triad with recognition on The Business Journal’s list of Largest Triad Executive Search Firms released in February, 2010. Capital Development Services is a full-service fundraising consulting and executive search firm serving nonprofit organizations throughout the Southeast since 1984.

Allan Burrows, President of Capital Development Services, attributes the ranking to 25 years of experience, an established network of leaders, partnering with organizations to enhance the search process and a concerted and unique approach to each and every search.

Emily Neese the Assistant Vice President, Director Planning & Administration at Wake Forest University said of working with Capital Development’s Executive Search division, “Using Capital Development was a smart investment. They were proactive in driving the search process with objectivity and integrity.”

In the ranking Executive search firms were ranked according to the number of executive searches completed in 2009, and then by total searches conducted. This year marked the fourth year that Capital Development Services made the list and was the only search firm on The Business Journal’s list serving the nonprofit sector.
