The Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry, a nonprofit museum in downtown Charleston since 2003, recently welcomed Nichole Myles at its new executive director, following a CapDev-led search.
Myles comes to the children’s museum from the Putnam Museum & Science Center in Davenport, Iowa, where she was chief education and experience officer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in music education from the University of Maine, a master’s in educational administration from the University of Scranton and New England University, and a certificate of advanced graduate studies in non-profit management from Iowa State University.
