- Communications Plan: Next, we prepare internal and external stakeholder communications, finalize a practical transition roadmap, and set a course for search, interim support, or continued stabilization work.
- Cultivate: If an interim executive is needed, we outline interim scope, timing, authority, and board support.

Candidate Sourcing is an alternative to CapDev’s Comprehensive Executive Search that leverages CapDev’s broad network to surface candidates. We take on the administrative tasks and initial phases of qualifying applicants, allowing Search Committees deeper engagement in making finalist selections without the time-intensive burden of sourcing and screening work. As a modified search option, Sourcing is a hiring solution that provides cost savings over traditional search models and can also be utilized to fill multiple openings at one time at reduced rates. Here’s how Candidate Sourcing works:
- Market Strategy: We help you refine your position announcement and job description language
- Sourcing: We place customized position postings in the marketplace and deliver customized mass emails to defined target market
- Screening: We receive, process and review all resumes. We then conduct initial video screening of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Dashboard Delivery: We deliver a dashboard packet of all qualified candidates with resumes
- Add-On Services: We offer additional services to enhance Candidate Sourcing
After the Candidate Dashboard Delivery, you take it from there to conduct interviews and make your hire.
