As the Director of Annual Giving at UNC-Chapel Hill from 2003-2011, Braxton increased annual giving revenue by more than 67% and surpassed revenue, participation, acquisition, and retention goals in eight consecutive fiscal years. She also maintained a portfolio of 150 prospects, closed gifts from $10,000 to $500,000, and increased senior class participation from 9% in 2006 to 45% in 2011.
